I decided to participate in project 12 with fellow photographers but this is actually my first attempt at it. It’s going to be more like project 6 for me in the end. Life is a balance, family, work, and fun and sometimes I focus so much on the first two that I forget about the last. Actually this shoot was a combination of work and fun and when I was prepping for it I thought of the theme for March which is GREEN. This session was really fun for me and we had it planned for a while. Makeup Artistry by Dana did the makeup which was beyond amazing (if you need a makeup artist in Edmonton, I HIGHLY recommend her). I decided to go with a bad girl, good girl theme for their makeup just to give the shoot a little more character. The clients: Twins from River City Fitness who asked ME to do this special session for them. I was so honoured that they wanted me to capture this memory for them. They both have 2 other children but never have they been pregnant at the same time (never mind due within a few weeks of each other). And Yes, they are twins, and for a long time I could never tell them apart.

Okay This one doesn’t have green in it, but I liked it.

It was a pleasure photographing this couple. Mom to be was so beautiful and glowing, I loved it! They are not sure what they are having but this couple is excited to be surprised.
