Week 1 – Project 365

January 25, 2010

I am behind on posting these but I have decided to take a picture a day and share them. Their is no theme to my project, I just decided to take pictures and see if I can do it all year. Being a photographer you would think this was an easy task but it is actually very tough. I have learned so much in the last year and I continue to grow daily in many ways. So I hope you enjoy following me on this journey.

Week 1

day 1: he was jumping on daddy as he was trying to take a nap because he had a big headache. I was testing out my new gear and she wasn’t too happy with me.

day 2: We had a fun snow day today. We all went tobogganing and then when Bella was tired I put her in the snow and let her crawl back to me so I could take pics. The snow makes them less mobile especially since it was probably up to her chest, LOL

day 3: So I was trying to get a macro of a snowflake but not of the snowflakes were fresh enough so all I got was ice. Then I turned to the dried up berries that haven’t fallen from the tree, they need some love too you know. I said to my husband ” look at my shot from today” and he said ” that doesn’t look like a snowflake” MEN

day 4: These shoes were made for running…. and thats just what they’ll do… unless I heel over and die first. Oh my gosh, I went back to the gym today and I thought a truck hit me. I do this strollercize class so I can take the girls and its the best workout ever. I decided to do it again with the girls and try to treat my self better. So todays picture means a lot to me, because its a promise to myself that I want to go back to making better choices in life

day 5: We finally had some snow. I would say it was more of a frost, but enough for me to capture this beautiful snowflake. I always amaze myself when and this is why I love photography so much.

day 6: She doesn’t like washing her hair but it was really cute to see her sister rub the soap into her hair. As you can tell, she wasn’t too impressed.

day 7: This child is a little stinker who loves to play games with me. I was trying to get a picture of her in this tutu with the natural light coming from the window in the morning and she just wanted to play in her princess shoes.
